Using Homiyo

You may use Homiyo to discover properties, compare published information and submit bookings. Provide accurate information, protect your account credentials and do not misuse the service or interfere with its operation.

Property information

Accommodation partners provide their listing details, availability, prices, policies and on-site services. Review the property’s current room terms and cancellation conditions before confirming a booking.

Bookings and payments

A booking becomes confirmed only after the required payment is successfully verified and a confirmation is issued. Displayed taxes, cancellation rules, refunds and property policies form part of the booking information.

Acceptable use

Do not submit false bookings, attempt unauthorised access, scrape the service in a disruptive manner, upload unlawful material or use Homiyo to infringe another person’s rights.

Changes and availability

Homiyo may improve or change marketplace features and may restrict access when reasonably required for security, fraud prevention, maintenance or legal compliance.
